The presentation and each of the materials, including trademarks, logos and domain names, posted on the web site located at www.sanofi-aventis.com.au (hereinafter the "Site"), are protected by the applicable laws as regards Intellectual Property, and are owned by Sanofi-Aventis or have been subjected to authorisation of use granted to it.
